Implementation Methodology
eSoftware Professionals is committed to delivering your project on time, on budget and with the functionality you require. Our contractual philosophy is one of creating an open honest exchange with our clients to create and ensure clear expectations on both sides. It is for this reason that our implementation methodology was created. Each step of the process is designed to allow the client a clear picture of where the project is currently and what to expect next. Reporting procedures are in place to keep lines of communication open. Success criteria are determined and the project is measured against them.

Pre-Implementation Planning & Current System Review
The project starts with Pre-Implementation Planning and a review of your current systems, both computer systems and business systems. During this phase, through interview and observation techniques, critical system information is gathered with respect to the present data flow and perceived system requirements. The perceived requirements and the present operating environment are then analyzed and compared. A pre-implementation plan will be provided to the client for review and approval at the end of this process.
Analysis
Depending on the results of the Pre-implementation Process, and the complexity of the project, further analysis for specific system requirements may be needed. This is conducted after the pre-implementation plan is complete.
Design
In the Design Phase the Navision system will be architected. The proposed system design will be delivered in the form of an Enterprise Design Document (EDD) and accompanying software demonstrations. A refinement of the Fees and Timing section of the Implementation Plan may be presented if necessary. The client is asked to sign off on the EDD and Implementation Proposal prior to moving to the Development and Testing Phase. Depending on project complexity, this process may not be required.
Development and Testing
In the Development & Testing phase, the majority of the system development and testing will be completed. The Analyst who conducted your Pre-Implementation Plan will serve as the tester for your customizations to ensure continuity.
Implementation
In the Implementation Phase, the system is fully deployed at the client site and all user training is completed.
Project Management
Throughout the life of the project, eSoftware will work with our client to administer and perform project management activities.
